GLM Registry strives to process paperwork within 2-4 days of receiving it.  When problems arise, this can signifcantly slow down the process.  We recognize that sometimes the paperwork can seem confusing and even daunting. With this in mind, we have reformated the documents in an attempt to make things flow more smoothly for both sides. It is very important to read the instructions and fill in all the required fields. We scrutinize everything. This takes time, but it prevents costly corrections later. Typical issues include missing DOB for Junior members, duplicate tags or names, DOB’s for twin/triplet offsprings not matching, missing data, incorrect fees paid (over or under), inaccurate owner#s due to tranfers not being recorded, etc.

Pedigree Registered: one OR both of the Parents are NOT Registered with NCWGA, but you have Tag#s or names or other Reg#s for them.
All documents MUST be accompanied by a Work Order Form
Annual Membership Dues: Jan 1 through Dec 31 Reminder: For Juniors, DOB is REQUIRED.
Certified Registered: Both Parents are Registered with NCWGA

Pedigree Listed: Know absolutely nothing about one or both of the Parents other than Breed, and/or Breeder unknown or not a member of NCWGA.
The Service form is to be used to Certify the service of a Sire that you do not own.
Note about RUSHES: In most cases, a RUSH can be handled simply by emailing your completed documents. Since our turn around time is already fast, just inform us of your deadline date. However, when we get an avalanche of Rushes preceeding an Event, it will be handled as a First-Come-First-Serve. Those with the least amount of issues get handled first. Reading all the instructions will help prevent slow-downs for everyone. If you have ANY questions, contact us. 
SERVICE FORM
To qualify for NCWGA Registration, the animal must possess a minimun of 35% fleece that is any color other than white, excluding hair on face and legs.
Benefits of Membership: 1/2 the price to register and transfer animals; Listing in the annual Breeders Directory and the NCWGA Website; 50% discount for advertisments on the NCWGA Website; Participation in the NCWGA National Show
